Download sequence request for podcast catch up

I find myself subscribing to new podcasts where I want to listen to all of the back episodes. I'd also like to listen to the most recent episode when it's available.

So I'm requesting an if/then download sequence where:
If an episode is less than 1 week old, then it must be the first in the list to download. Otherwise, the oldest episode should be first.
