User Playlist--Playback order no longers works

I previously had no problem using this method:

C) To manage the playback order of the use playlist, left of an episode, there is a horizontal bar icon (Grey/Black), lightly press on it,then drag the episode to the playback order you would like.

But now it no longer plays in the order I create.
