PokemonGo keeps making it harder to listen to anything else while playing. With there latest release this week the only way to get something playing is to use notifications widgets when inside pokemongo to un pause whatever you are listening to. switching between apps no longer works.
Your glorious application's notification widget unfortunately vanishes when dogcatcher is paused. Any chance you guys could change that so instead the Doggcatcher notification widget persists even when doggcatcher is paused? Users could clear it on their own if they want to with a swipe anyway.
The added benefit is that if you pause DC for any reason even in non pokemongo cases, you can just restart DC from the notification widget without switching to DC itself.
I should mention that Audible and Google Play Music already exhibit the behavior I'm requesting with there Notification Widgets.
