notification tray unalignment

Hi,

I'm on a pixel 3 and the notifications for doggcatcher always seem to be vertically off center to the point where it can interfere with the media buttons being able to be pressed.
It's not always consistent of how much it's off. Here are some links to images showing what I mean.
